Go to the Citroen section and start a thread titled with your problem. Post your VIN, which will be hidden from view other than by administrators, with a description of the problem and you will get some help pretty soon. Cheers and good luck

Welcome Mark. It may be that the information needed is behind the PSA paywall. The forum has purchased a subscription for this but in turn needs funding and if it comes to that point then you'll be informed of that.
