front bumper moulding

front bumper moulding

hi all , can any one tell me or say how i am to remove the long black molding on the front as i am going to be spraying it the same as the car
any info on this will help greatfully

To save time, we'll not only need the Make, but the model and year - so it will be easier if you just put the VIN up (auto masked on submission) and then that will avoid further unnecessary questions, along with which moulding you are talking about, as Mystic Meg is on hols. :wink:
