can anybody tell me how to vin code my sat nav unit, i haven't had the van long (2.2 relay enterprise) and want to try and get the factory satnav working

This is normally done with the proprietary diagnostic kit - Diagbox, but if you don't have the VCI hardware and the software on a laptop, it may be easier to ask the dealer to do it for you. They'll charge you diagnostic time to do it - circa £40-50 if there are not complications as it's only a 5 minute job.
Or you can try contacting a member near you from this list with a kit - but bear in mind they may need a specific ad-on S1279 module to talk to commercial vehicles, which not all members have.
