I need one and can't exist without one... I need it to remind me what day it is ;)

Otherwise I'm in serious danger of forgetting... One day is much like any other in my world...
I know that feeling Jim so I have a ready made answer when SWMBO says "What day is it today?" -

Does anyone actually have a 2021 Diary? or has the Diary expired with the advent of the "mobile Phone".

100 points for the first original photo taken today of a 2021 personal or Desk Diary!

Mine is on my phone, it's called Google Calendar and I'd be lost without it...

I do however, have a good friend who still uses a Filofax... And not only uses one but has an absolute passion for them and is heavily involved in their continued manufacture and promotion...

I frequently forget what day it is. Mostly it doesn't matter.
Woke up at 03:00 in a panic thinking that I had to take the car for my son for work - sometimes he goes in at 05:00 instead of 23:00.
Checked phone messages and he is not in until 23:00 tomorrow. Panic averted, back into the realm of Ipnos.

Having it works both ways, if I say "I am out on Thursday" the reply is "put it in the diary". If I say "Are you in on Thursday" the reply is "check in the diary" So all you have to do is book up your appointments first and there are no arguments!! :-D :-D

I have to admit to using the phone for suchlike.
It then reminds me - If I happen to be anywhere near it and it hasn't turned itself off.
Sometimes it even reminds me at a suitable moment. Other times a few days early and inevitably there are occasions when it is a couple of days late.

Eldest daughters family have one of these 'app' things and a communal diary so they all know what each other are doing and when.

Sounds good in theory.

Yes, I have a pocket diary. As I have done for the last goodness knows how many years. Seven days per two pages.

We also have a wall calendar with space for writing on. Not one of these stupid ones with a large photo and no space for notes! In addition I print out an A3 year planner.

Mind you there's not much to put on anything yet!
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
