Is BSI1 from Citroen C4 without heated seats suitable for connect heated seatAs?
Hello. I replace my seats on my citroen c4 b7 (without heating) to seats with heating from c4 b7. Is my bsi1 suitable for connect and enable heating in the seats?

It will be a matter for the correct wiring harness / interconnections and fuses than the BSI. There are different wiring harnesses for the different options including for heated and non-heated seats.

You can enter the diagnostics in bsi find an option for seats with heaters if there is an activate option if the heaters do not work then there is no installation.

Yes - it's the option of 'Presence of Heated Seats' in the BSI - but won't make any difference if you don't have the correct harness, but that is the option you need to check.

Harness? Does it matter?
Initially, there was no heating in my car. I bought heated seats from a different configuration, bought wiring. In "CEDR" I looked where everything needs to be connected. I connected the negative wire to the point on the car body, positive in BSF3 (pre-installed the fuse). I inserted the control wire in the seat block into connector 15 (ICR7 and ICR6 blocks), and in BSI1 I plugged it into the 60V MP block into connector 46.
Heating is enabled in the settings in BSI1. At 10 and 20 contacts in the block in the seat - there is voltage, and on the mode switch (the twist on which it says 1 2 3) - the resistance changes.
But the seats don't work. I have two options:
1. BSI1 does not support heating
2. I plugged into the wrong connector
What do you think is the reason?

There were quite a few variations of the ANC control box (at 4 least 8 versions) on this car, and these vary with options, including with the massaging seats - so maybe that includes the heated seats as generally ht massaging seats also are heated.
