Yes, I think these are 'commercial' grade units - but one has to wonder why so many are up for sale at once.
An affordable home version would be great for making your own small replacement plastic trim replacement parts though.

According to the listing they are unused and as this auction house deals in a lot of 'in liquidation' companies I'd guess it's stock from another failed business.
