Has Cardiganshire been claimed yet?

If not, how will this do?

I must have just beaten you by the skin of my teeth Mick!

Now we're equal after you beat me to it with Bedfordshire ;)

My Welsh one is my last, I've no photographic evidence of any more counties in my photographic collection...

I'm now just watching this thread :) And rather enjoying doing so :D

Still in Wales. This is the radio room at the Internal Fire Museum of Power in Tan-y-groes, Ceredigion. Which used to be known as Cardiganshire.

Wow! That's of great interest to me Paul :)

Loving the Racal RA17/117 receivers in the amateur radio shack :D

I used to repair and service those back in the late 70s and early 80s when they were still very much in revenue-earning service...

A classic and rather excellent HF receiver that had few rivals in its heyday...

Happy memories :D

Would you believe I didn't take a single photo in the halls dedicated to diesel engines! :rofl2:

We've had a conversation about this place in the past Jim and you said that you'd like to visit it before now. Is this the final incentive you need?

(When it's open of course).

Yes, it is Paul :D I haver several reasons to visit the general area and I certainly will now I'm a bit more mobile...

The lure of seeing an RA17 is very persuasive

I'd better take some pictures of the diesel engines whilst I'm there ;)

Another reason is to ride the Vale of Rheidol Railway and visit Devil's Bridge and see the AA box there...

And a bit of cycling and trail running in those Welsh hills 8-)

Well the order of the posts comes into play of course and the CitroJim red and yellow star flies over Cardiganshire!

Scotland's still lookin a little too much black and white. Sutherland and Caithness especially needs a big splash of colour.
Wales Coming along nicely
Ireland still virgin territory.

It counts if you are the photographer for Simon cars, and you took it in Dorset Jim!

Peter needs to get himself stirred, we were down at a wedding in Poole a few years ago now and I did come across the photos, so if he doesnt hurry up and start playing his territory is going to be taken!

Nope, can't claim either Neil  Wish I could as I would rather enjoy taking pictures of tasty cars in Dorset all day long...

Yes, come on Peter, you live in the county
