In keeping with my OCD, as tidily and as neatly as I can ;)
Some of my neighbours could do with lessons from you. Most are OK but there is a family over the road who can make a four-car slot into a two car slot without thinking - which is the problem really.
German cars by any chance?

The worst job of parking a car I have ever seen was a Mercedes in The Oracle Shopping Centre car park taking up THREE spaces. I mentioned it to the Centre staff, and when I returned to my vehicle the Mercedes driver was arguing over the fact they had been issued with TWO parking tickets!

I also recall a free car park where a regular driver would always park their vehicle in a straight line down the middle of TWO spaces. I assume it was because they did not want anybody parking next to their pride and joy.

After the Picasso you are wise to err on the side of caution Neil.

Clear evidence of the value of the C5's suspension, flick on to high and creep through, sneaky picture along the river line though, had me thinking the road was flooded until I noticed the angle of the measuring stick!! :-D
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

In my experience it's always a good idea to err on the side of caution when confronted with floods...

Seen too much resultant damage now...

Inspired by Zel's superb pictures of the XJS, and the Invacar....lights on I thought I would give it a go with my point and shoot.

Well, I think the best thing about this effort is that it should provide inspiration to others.....unlikely that anything you take will be worse than this. In my defence the camera was about to run out of battery so I only got one shot :-D

Our local Cit dealer has two C-Zero's as courtesy/customer runabout cars, both that bright yellow.

Funny you should ask... I got a nod from the service receptionist to do just that around a year ago (belts change on the XM), but had already turned up with backup transport for the day, so it didn't happen. Shame.

The more recent prolonged fiasco (they managed to burn out the injection relay, and took five weeks to diagnose and fix it) would have provided a long-term EV test, I guess, but the whole episode turned out quite fraught, and I was in no hurry to be in any way beholden to them. In the end, and after assistance from Madrid and France, they fixed the induced fault, and - most importantly - at no charge.

We remain on good terms, but they likely tread with caution if I appear. All the same, the acquistion of the BX has caused some interest!
