Dear All,
I have a DS5 with Cockpit roof with toggle switches and 3-part glass roof with electric sunblinds.
The driver side Sunblind does not work . When I push the button, the sunblind move only 1mm and stop, and I hear the electric engine works, try to move the sunblinds but the sunblinds not move. Now it is closed. I try to help them manually making some small punch/pull but does not works. The another 2 sunblinds is working fine.
Could you help me how can I repair it?

Re: DS5 Cockpit roof with electric sunblinds
Hey, I have the exact problem, as you described it. Tried to get it open, maybe a bad feeder or the electric motor slips but no luck. I'm not that car savvy, I'll go to a specialist I guess. Did you fix yours? Can't find any spare parts online for this so it doesn't seem to have a "quick fix" for it.

Re: DS5 Cockpit roof with electric sunblinds
So there are 3 motor reducers in the roof - one for each of the blinds.
This is the reinitialisation / programming procedure:
1) Move the blind to the "closed" position (blind deployed) using the control switch.
2) Press and hold the control switch (Direction of closing).
3) Do not release the control switch until the blind has come to a complete stop:
Replacing the shade or the motor reducers requires removal of the headlining and the frame to gain access.

3) Do not release the control switch until the blind has come to a complete stop:
- 3 seconds after the start of pressing of the control switch, the blind moves almost imperceptibly (in the direction of closing) to reach its mechanical stop (Pair locked )
- The blind opens slightly by a few millimetres (also imperceptible), to reach its theoretical closed position
- The blind is initialised.
- The blind begins to open to a pre-set position approximately 4 seconds after the start of pressing of the switch then returns to the closed position
- Do not release the switch until the blind has come to a complete stop and wait at least 3 seconds before pressing the switch again.
