Phone Box Mirrors

Watching the Sweeny this evening and a guy was using a telephone box. I had forgotten about the mirror in the box. Anyone know why it was there and maybe why it was low? Ladies?

I have no idea how you managed to get that photograph but I suspect sorcery of some advanced type

Using much cruder methods I have managed to get this low grade screenshot from Withnail and I it looks like there's a mirror there....

Just needed to flick through the digital Radio Times to see which Sweeney episode was on today

and after that most of these things are on Dailymotion and Series 1 Episode 9 was ( ) and theres the scene with the phonebox and the mirror!

Thank you. I haven't seen that Thames TV graphic in years I missed the first 10 minutes of the Sweeney today Fred Dibnah was on at the same time.
