This question may not apply for long but with number noticing hat on: ? Where would Jim's current likes have got you in Whitehall in the 60's? :-D

Top of my head I had the answer, but instead of putting it in print I looked it up, and proved my first reaction was indeed right. Nul points requested or deserved. One thing you would have most likely got was an answer from a real person! not like anyone ringing the equivalent number today:-D

On the subject of ales, stouts, porters bitters and other assorted beers wines and spirits, just how much do you know about your favourite tipples?

Old Speckled Hen and Doom Bar!! The MG was affectionately known as Ol Speckley and the sand bank under your arrow saw the demise of many ships and earned the name Bar of Doom!!

Correct! Have a little look down the H&H Classics Sale at Imperial War Museum Duxford sale list on Glenmarch and there is one for sale! (which is where the question sprang from).

TOH or looked up :?: I had no idea on either before today. :-D
