Hi I have citroen relay mk1 2.2 hdi 2006 the diesel pump is lecking so I thought I'll do the cambelt water pump at same time got everything back on iv lost the timeing Mark's how do I set the timeing up on the cam and camshaft I'm lost and dont want to damage the

There is a hole in the cylinder head that fits a 13mm bolt perfectly. The crank locks by pegging the flywheel, there is a hole in the engine block behind the starter motor that lines up with a hole in the flywheel, there is a specific tool for it but you can easily improvise with a piece of rod about 10 inches long & bent at the end, cant remember the diameter off hand, either 6 or 8 mm. the diesel HP pump isn’t timed.

Hi there is a cut out bind the stater and and there is insert hole in the flywheel that lines up with it I'm unsure if that's it or is it above the starter has I can't see or feel out just unsure thanks for reply .

Not the exact engine but should be the same, its number 5 & the pic is shown with the starter motor 'ghosted' out.

This is wot bind the starter is this the locking hole for the flywheel
