Hi All!
Yesterday I've got a Peugeot Expert Van and in the car is a WIPNAV device. I tried to use the Bluetooth handsfree option but I have problem during calls.
Every phone which I tried to connect to the system ha connected successfully. Every Bluetooth function is working properly (phonebook, call list, holding and activating call etc.) but I can't hear everything while I calling someone. The other side can hear me perfect, but I hear only a little background noise (normal audio noise from the hifi) when I try to increase the volume. I tried to set the device call/ring volume to maximum, tried to set the volume volume to the maximum during call, tried to use different phones, tried to delete and repair the phone.
I don't have more idea to try out and I don't know this WIPNAV stuff. Is it possible that any cable connection is wrong or any contact failure make this issue?
All of the other functions are working perfect (radio, map, navigation, AUX music playing etc.)
Thank you for your help!

Re: RNEG Bluetooth call issue
It may be the bluetooth module / hardware inside the head unit that is causing this as the speakers are obviously working to playback other audio sources. You could check your firmware version to see if that is up to date.
