Three white ones, an S and two 3s. One on the A1 south near Durham, one between Middleton In Teesdal and Bishop Aukland and the third I followed into my street

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
BMW I3 Rex.....charger hogger
Hyundai Ioniq full electric in white.
Driver of the Ioniq reminded me of "man of few words and a bit of an attitude" from Alnwick a few weeks ago. Yes I had arrived at the charger about 2 minutes before him ( after organising the turfing-off off a Charger hogger Mitsubishi who's cable literally had a complete spiders web on it), but I did find out in the two or three words he did utter that he had 50 Miles Range left. Plenty to go anywhere in Northumberland he fancied to get a charge so I wasnt inclined to offer him my space. Did tell him where some chargers were as he was driving off but listening and appearing marginally interested wasn't one of his strong points.
Shame, usually I would have started a conversation up with a fellow ev user, and most you meet are more than happy to talk about their cars, and his for me was an unusual spot....not many around.
Regards Neil

Just this one was captured during our travels - didn't even get a shot of Neil's Leaf!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
A few pints inside you and the police mooching around, not the best time to whip a camera out of your pocket and photograph parked cars!

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
I think we were lucky to avoid interrogation there!! In Hertford our chums in blue would definitely have spoken to me about driving a car at that point!!NewcastleFalcon wrote: ↑18 Sep 2020, 14:50A few pints inside you and the police mooching around, not the best time to whip a camera out of your pocket and photograph parked cars!
