On my visit to Cirencester yesterday, the people we were visiting have a blue S suffix MG Midget on their front garden, they bought it, I think, about 18 months ago on a whim.
It's very tidy and a good runner but the idea of the 'wind in the hair' trips novelty has worn off so it might be for sale now so it's not moved for quite a while.
I think they paid about four grand for it when they bought it but have no idea of what to ask for it now or even what it's worth.
Should have taken photos but too busy gossiping.
MG Midget anyone?

THis is a selection of Midgets at Auctions within the last 12 months. I reckon if they clear anything more than £3,000 after selling costs they will have done alright...

Re: MG Midget anyone?
Its a shame there are no blue cars there because it looks like green/blue make stronger money than red but yellow is out of favour. That would suggest to me that dark blue will be better than bright blue or baby blue but hey...what do I know?

Re: MG Midget anyone?
If it's been sitting outdoors without being covered then it won't have been protected against deterioration. If that's the case then it might be worth less than they paid for it.

Didn't have too much of an inspection of it but it looks in pretty good clean condition, the front bumper was in his shed for some reason, the only obvious deterioration was the plastic windows in the hood dried out and yellowed with a couple of holes.
