Ok, so no Dual Mass Flywheel on this 1.4 HDi 70, so that rules that out.
How many KMs have you done since the last clutch? The life you will get out of a clutch will depend on your driving habits - driving location (are there loads of hills where you are?), how much of a load you are carrying and whether you leave your foot resting on the clutch pedal (riding the clutch) - which will cause it to wear out much quicker.
Also, quality of parts - cheaper parts may have cheaper materials and not provide as much life as a decent branded one.
So lots of possible reasons - and of course this assumes you don't have a leaking crankshaft oil seal - which can leak oil onto the clutch and cause slipping - but a nechanic should be able to detect that when replacing.

Re: Citroen Nemo clutch wear
Van used to and from work and maintenance work no heavy loads(pool cleaning and maintenance) about 150 to 250 km per week no oil leak patch under engine or gearbox never ride the clutch other 2 vehicles used by different staff including me no problems I'm only person to drive Nemo yes parts not Citroen but would expect more km then this! Hills yes there are some I live and work in Paphos Cyprus. I'm beginning to think flywheel has a problem and as you said leaking seal I can't think of anything else?

If you had a crank case oil leak, it would be easily detectable by the contamination on the friction plate.
As for parts, not all parts are made equal - some are cheap for a good reason - buy cheap-buy twice is an apt saying (or three times in many cases).
Get a branded clutch kit like Valeo or LUK if you want a decent one.
