Just to let folk now that Paul has posted today (on Club-XM) that he is having to take things very easy for a while, as he is needing some extended hospital treatment for lower-back and other issues.

We've wished him well for a good recovery, and he may well post something here himself.

Take care Paul, and the same wishes from your friends on FCF too. :gh:
