Relay van ignition wire

Any one where the power supply for the ignition comes from?
Only got 8v at the red/black wire at the ignition switch?
If I run a external live to the red/black the ignition works fine, without external power I've got no ignition and no start?
All fuses checked in both fuse boxes
Battery volt 12.7v
All grounds good?

Need a wiring diagram, for that i need some vehicle details. Year, engine size last 8 digits of your VIN.
I would suggest using your original post rather that start a new one for the same vehicle & fault?
