Hi all
A friend of mine has a 2009 citroen Berlingo and has a problem with the drivers side door window.
The electric window will not go up or down
I removed the door card and can confirm the wire is tensioned and in good condition.
When the switch is pressed the motor just clicks (up or down)
I have swapped the switches over so I can discount the switch being the problem as the passenger side works fine.
I purchased a used regulator and this was the same and just clicked when the switch was operated.
I checked the voltage on the centre pins and had around 14 volts (found that a little strange)
I understand the early ones suffered from dry joints but don't know about this model.
Do you think this would be if it from a bsi reset or should I just put lexia on and see if anything is logged
Thank you
Regards
Steve

Re: Citroen berlingo 2009
No idea about this model of Berlingo but my earlier shape one did this, and the motor had become crudded up inside. An electrician friend opened it up, cleaned it and reassembled and it worked fine and still does.
