BX whistling sound elimination

When driving along in my BX I often notice a whistling sound at speeds above 40 MPH. This is due to the fan blades having air rush past them. To stop it, simply turn the blower on very fractionally and it stops.

Similar fix for whistly wiper arms-turn them up or down a spline.
Abviously this is rather difficult at over 40 mph, but not impossible if you have an athletic passenger who happens to be an octopus.
