Maybe obscure clues aren't the order of the day. Now that one is clear as day to the bloke who thought it up :-D
If you go along "Old "Elevator Company" Road" it should get you to the answer :-D

I've woken up, the viewpoint is Old Redding looking out over London and the building must therefore be The Grimsdyke Hotel? But I don't recognise the picture. Spooky how similar the pillar is to the one at Greyleigh!! :-D I feel an investigatory drive coming on! :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Lovely place for a drive out on a beautiful day like today, A red C5 in front of those gates, or surveying the beautiful viewpoint....and only four miles from Watford :-D

The other bit of the question should flow now Mick!

No sorry, I was typing the answer when you put the clue up. I was studying the viewpoint and working my way round Watford in my head when I realised where it was. A pretty busy lover's lane sight as we used to call them. Back in the 60's my mate Phil and I would go to The Case is Altered just down the road and find some members of the fairer sex on a Saturday lunchtime and invite them to a picnic at the viewing point. Never very successful but we had some fun!!
Your clue would definitely have got me there had I needed it, well once I'd dispensed with Old Otis of course! :-D

This is probably one of the Citroen H Van's greatest appearances in Movies/TV. So very findoutable.

So how about who are the two main "stars" in this screenshot :?: as not too taxing a quest.

Good effort Mick, but you may have to do a bit of research. Assistance given if necessary but I think the tools are there to make it not that difficult but then again I know the answer!

That's them Mick. How did I not know about that before today, Hollywood A-listers driving an HVAN from Italy to France, I take it you nailed the precise episode....like most of such stuff its on Daily Motion in Full.

I've never actually been on Daily Motion. When I charged DDG with the Registration number it sent me straight here It was then the scrolling game until I found myself just 5 miles from midnight!! :-D

On another point did you pick up on my observation about Otis Redding? :)

WellI deliberately put the clue to the name Otis there for the word association to lead you to Old Redding Road. But a couple of old lifts? no unless "Redding" is some brand of lift machinery?

I probably need leading by the hand on that one Mick!
