Reconnecting Fuel filter housing 2.0hdi

Thanks for letting me join the forum Just a quick question to start on my journey to getting my flipping 2.0hdi expert (mk1 yr 2000) to start.
I have replaced the fuel filter housing and connect up the push fit pipes but can someone confirm which way round the two pipes for in the bottom.
As you face the engine the green clip is on the left and the white on the right on the top. Are the two on the bottom the same? As in green left and white right?
