Are these available anywhere?
Need to do the outer sill for the mot and noticed the inner behind it looks like its been keeping the titanic company, I've got the outer sill but can't find the inner anywhere, the picasso is still a popular car and give the sills always rust I'd have thought they'd have been easy to source...... I was wrong
Trying to weld onto the bottom of my current inner looks nigh on impossible given it'd present condition.
Anyone know where I can get the inner from?
Thanks

Hi Marc,
Thanks for the link.
Proper galvanised sills, good.
My MoT advice says the lower seatbelt area.
So, what is the correct way to fit the sills?
And where do you have to fix the inner sill to deal with the lower seatbelt issue?
I've seen / heard it said that spot welding along the top, or pop-rivetting is enough (hidden when the doors close).
Or gas weld all along (big job removing seats, rubber trim, carpets, wiring).
Very confused!
