I think you got the answer to 7 wrong. Spiderman is the alter ego of PETER Parker, not PAUL Parker.

Thanks Mick, much appreciated I enjoyed your quiz. I only knew the Graham Hill bit because recently I posted an article on Matra the conclusion of which was this
In the final analysis, the Murena was an original, attractive and comfortable sports car that was born at the wrong time and, with the exception of the Préparation 142 and S models, was slightly hindered by underwhelming powerplants.

But that’s no reason for it to languish in the doldrums.

The last sports car produced by the company that took Jackie Stewart to his first World Drivers’ Championship and ensured Graham Hill’s place in sporting history as the first (and so far only) man to have won the World Drivers’ Championship, the Le Mans 24 hours and the Indianopolis 500 deserves better than that.

Amusingly Neil, it was reading your post that gave me the idea for the Graham Hill question!! Also I read both the derivations in that, or a linked article, while researching the Ariane question! What goes round....... :-D

Remarkable Effort Mick the speed you are going at, I presume you must have some special computa-ey stuff in the Vcar where you can speak the answers and the computa does the FCF post writing while you carry on with two hands on the steering wheel :-D

I havent had a go myself yet, but I've just looked at your answers so I think I have invalidated myself. If more come to your mind while driving lob them in.

I told you it was a very special car!! Not only can it post for me but it can even go through tunnels without me, so I may use the pedestrian tunnel and get back on board on the other side!! We'll see what the traffic is like when I get up there!

C. 1, 11, 2, 20, 23

Only one response to this quiz so far :( , by PM, tells me a little clue or two may be helpful. So I can tell you that two of the sequences are related to a popular pub game, a third is supercar orientated and of the other two one is firmly on the ground and one is quite astronomical!! All five have been solved by the PM contributor!! :-D

So nobody in a quizzing mood at all, or have I made it too tricky? I'll happily elaborate on my clues if anyone wants to have a go. If not I'll draw a line under this one and head back to the drawing board!! :)

I'm stumped. I thought 'C' could be motorway related, but can't see how :-k

It is indeed motorway related. You might argue that the number 26 has been left out of the sequence and that maybe 2 shouldn't really be there but the rest are definitely correct and so are the missing two.
A & D are related by the same pub game and B is car related!! :)
