1.5v from a small battery briefly applied to each speaker pair (head unit plug) should produce a pop/crackle at each speaker.

"Tomorrow i will attempt to check the bleed process has been done correct with the engine below the stat opening threshold and trying to tell the ecu to open the stat, warm top hose cold/bottom hose i should get a warm bottom hose if the stat is tricked into opening ?"
Yes, bottom hose will get warm, after the hot water has worked its way down through the radiator. You will feel the top hose at the rad get hot first, then progressively down the rad. Takes a minute or three.

Thanks Marc what an absolute star, how the heck did you know how to trick the stat to open @ 60 degrees :)
Chris yes it took 3 minutes but then top and bottom hoses warmed up, pleased to say no air in system so somehow it was done correctly, although the header tank had been topped up twice after the stat replacement, and the car had been driven to get it up to and above temp for the stat to open.

On the speaker issue, i know why they do not work, they are not present :(
Will need to source a new pair but also need the wiring diagram incase they were removed for another issue
