Checking rear wheels for bad bearings

Hi, how do I spin the rear wheels in nuetral gear (egs) ? If I apply foot brake to hold the car, the rear wheels won’t move, and if I don’t it’ll fall off the jack.

Just use a trolley jack and chock all 3 other wheels it should only take 30sec to wiggle the wheel.
