hello friends my car has a backup key but i need to program it via digbox but it is asking for code can you help me find the code i am new in the forum now I'm sorry ..

Hi, and to the Forum. The code is a 4 digit alphanumeric security code. When the car comes out of the factory it has two cards with a scratch-off panel with its' code underneath. Without this code it will not let you perform certain functions. All is not lost however, as (with proof of ownership and a small fee) a dealership can look up and let you know what the code is.

When you are programming keys you will need to do ALL of them at the same time, as any that are missed are then 'forgotten' by the car. However, should that happen you can (with another diagbox session) re-introduce all of the keys again.

You can (with proof of vehicle ownership and for a small fee) go into a Citroen dealership and they can then supply you with that code. It will be four alphanumeric digits, like AB1C.

Have proof of car ownership, personal identification and a bill with your address on it, and of course your wallet (they may charge you anywhere between ?155 - ?194).
