2.0HDI Cam belt how often?

Should I do the water pump at the same time?

It is not that you have to replace the water pump, it is that they have been known to leak some time/mileage after being disturbed, so replacing it at the same time as the timing belt can save you having to repeat the task later on. Saying that, there have been members who did not replace the water pump and have not had problems later on.

I had 406 with a 2.0hdi, It did over 300 thousand miles and I never changed the pump, I did a few belts over the years I had it for piece of mind and it was still on original waterpump when I sold it.
Belts are easy enough to do if it leaks in the future and needs changing

Just my opinion

Belts normally recommended for change at 8 years maximum, or around 75-80k miles.
If a lot of workshop time is involved in getting to the belts, it's worth doing w/pump and tensioners at the same time. Pumps not usually expensive.

I will check with the last owner I think it had Belts and clutch about 95K, its 6 years later and now done 164K

Every 100k or 10 years on that engine.
