As some of you may already know, I’ve been getting P0401 insufficient flow and P0299 turbo underboost for a while now. New turbo, new EGR valve, still getting the same faults. I’m having the turbo pressure electrovalve changed tomorrow, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could check, like blockages anywhere ? The EGR passages have been checked and cleared. Do these cars have a MAP, I’ve read somewhere that’s pipe coming from this can block and cause these faults, but I don’t even know what a map IS, let alone what it does or where it might be.
