In a nutshell - No.
These later telematics / infotainment systems are heavily integrated into the vehicle's other electrical systems. They can't be removed without loss of basic car functionality. That's why it's important to get the correct option at purchase (from new) or check out what options are on the one you want when buying second hand.
Most of these systems have just about all you could want in any case - although admittedly they can take a while to learn and get used to without physical switches for things like the heating controls etc.
