Dispatch non start

Hi all ... wondering if anyone can help or shed any light..my 2009 dispatch combi cut out whilst driving the other week , before it cut out the battery light briefly flickered , when I pulled up to the lights it completely died , it briefly restarted but when I tried to pull away it cut out again and wouldn't restart before cutting out the horn went mad for a few seconds which was odd , as if something shorted?..to cut along story it got recovered home ..the recovery guy seems to think electrical fault possible Bsi?? he checked a bunch of Fuses under the bonnet but nothing obvious... Oddly now it turns over only briefly for a few seconds but makes no attempt to fire , I've checked all the fuse that I can see…. prior to this it was running fine.. is anyone local in Somerset with a lexia ? Thanks in advance..
