Peugeot 207 gt ( forged Engine)

Post by Gary07 »

Hi all,

I have a Peugeot 207 gt for two years now. after 2 piston break I decided to forged my engine and some other upgrade like intercooler and a turbo k04 and the ECU was remapped by Stelios from etuners. my problem is that I am not having the expected power out of it and my mechanical man does not know where the problem is coming. can anyone help me.

We can’t help you with custom remaps and modifications. That’s the risk you take when you make these changes.

I suggest you go back to your ‘tuner’ and get the original map applied, then you may be in a better position to start trouble shooting.

You don't say whether your engine is producing less power than original, or just less than you were expecting after the upgrade. I know that e-tuners do promise significant power increase for these engines (up to 280 BHP depending on spec https://www.etuners.gr/peugeot-207-gt-1 ... ams-98ron/).
Was your engine modified using a standard recipe from e-tuners, or did your mechanic do something different?
