I suspect that the coincidence has something to do with the position of a certain system within the table? :!: :)

Well it looks a bit like a Mirage without the wing tanks but not a clue where it is - I'd guess outside a French Airforce Base? :? :)

Dont know for sure but this seems to be the likely candidate.

That seems highly likely, especially as it says one Mirage has been decommissioned which could well be one without armour or wing tanks as in the picture. I'll settle for that and hit the sack!!

I remember the wedge with glee and misery. It was another classic BL transverse engine installation where you could tell if the clutch had been changed by seeing if the lower back bell housing bolt was still in place!! It was such a pig to get in that many mechanics left it out after clutch work!! :-D

My daily offering for 22 begins with the crib hand (use yesterday's explanation to check the score :-D ) :)

FCF 2019 advent Calendar

.......and today's 22 element is of course Titanium.

Now Wings did of course do "Magneto and Titanium man" but in general pretty forgettable.

Where was it discovered.....Timmo Country

"Titanium was discovered in Cornwall, Great Britain, by William Gregor in 1791"

What does a radiator, an experimetnal U-boat, a radar, a pillbox, a Chinese missile boat, and a frigate all have in common ?

Answer - they're all available as: 'Type 22'. :)
