Extraordinary. Was it ever used commercially?

A V12 aircooled that according to the comments was for commercial vehicles, forestry principally.

Heck - used in anger, that must have been quite some power source. Wonder how cleanly it ran when new?
At least that V12 was a bit better fastened down than the V8...

A long line of engines, developed for heavy trucks and used in German Armoured cars during WW2

(Sdkfz.234/2 and family)
