Hello, new to this forum so seeking some guidance please.
I have a C5 estate 2009, great car but having issues with the MyWay Nav system.
When I try and bluetooth my phone it asks for a code to connect-any ideas?
There is a lot of info on the Nav system that I want to clear, so how can you do that?
I can set the time but not the date-again any ideas much appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Re: C5 MayWay Nav
Did you not get a manual with the car?
Date & Time: Press SETUP and select 'Date & Time' to change.
Bluetooth (Phone calls only - no music streaming)
If you have never paired a phone:
Make sure car is stationary and ignition is on (some functions will not work with the engine running or moving)
1) Activate Bluetooth on your mobile
2) Press PHONE on the MyWay
3) Select TELEPHONE MENU confirm with dial button
4) Select SEARCH PHONE and confirm with dial button
5) There will be a code displayed on the large screen on the car
6) Enter this code on your mobile
7) Once paired, MyWay will synchronise your phone contacts - but this can take some time. If you interrupt the process it will have to start again.
To reset, select SETUP MENU, SYSTEM PARAMETERS, FACTORY RESET.
Note: The above will reset everything back to defaults - including all Bluetooth paring all saved contacts and navigation destinations, music and sound preferences, radio stations etc.
GPS Problems As you don't seem to know your way around the system, be aware of the GPS Week Number Rollover that occurred on 6th April 2019. It affects a lot of GPS systems including the MyWay, resulting in incorrect navigation and positioning.
To cure this, you need to turn OFF the Synchronise date and time with GPS option (where you set the date and time). Leaving this checked will cause problems from 6th April 2019.

Thank you for your response. The books were not with the car, so this is a great help.

Re: C5 MayWay Nav
I have a feeling the online version for the C5 is a bit pants - as it only provides some sections and not the complete manual.
I have a PDSf of the complete manual which includes the MyWay system in PDF format. Let me know if you want this and I can send the PDF to your registered email.
