That looks like a radio controlled buggy on a paving slab!! :)

I think Rolls Royce lost their ability to build a good-looking car decades ago now, but this from Chinese Company Hongqi is going to provide competition for Rolls Royce in China.......Its electric, but its also bang on topic for this thread...
