faulty coolant fans
Peugeot partner 2013 model eng code 9hf coolant fan runs all the time hot or cold 1.6 diesel any ideas regards Mickeybo

Check connection to the brown coolant temperature sensor on the water outlet/thermostat housing.
If this goes open circuit (disconnected/bad connection) the fan(s) will run continuously.
First thing to check.
If the sensor itself is suspect, try connecting its single wire down to Gnd. This should stop the fan, and confirm the sensor is at fault.

Also bear in mind the fan will run on low speed if the Air Conditioning is on.
