hello I have a problem with my Peugeot 206 it makes a sound on a fuse box and it doesn't start..

We probably can't give much direct help based on the little bit of data that you have provided.
It could be as simple as a failed battery or even a loose battery terminal.
Does the noise happen when you turn the key to the first position, or when you move it to the start position?
Does the engine turn over?
What are the dashboard warning lights doing?
