C6 2.7 hdi high pressure pump belt

Hi everyone

While waiting for my car to arrive I have been looking over all the service details. One however, seems to be slightly elusive. The Highpressure diesel pump. Should the pump have a certain position in relation to the camshaft it drives of, or doesn't it matter, I'm thinking timing as with older style pumps. I can't think it needs to be in timing with the camshaft though.
While I am there, any specific tools required for removing the belt tensioner?
