Was looking on Parts for one of those 7-pin module connectors, to see what cars (for scrap search) it might have been fitted to. Couldn't locate the connector on its own, but did find this complete lead for BX.



Lots of varieties of it (all NFP) - presumably with connection differences.
Looks like 3-way at the other end.

Do you have one of these leads that is repairable, or has it been lost?

Hi Chris, yes that is essentially the loom I want to remake. It is used in 80s BX 14, 16, 19 and on the Douvrin engine CX 20 and 22. The overall components are the same on each but the length of the loom and location of the branch-off for the coil connections it the detail that varies between them depending on the distance between the distributor and the coil of a given model.

I might be taking my old CX 20 Pallas back on but it's currently suffering problems that I think are related to this loom and I'd like to tackle the return journey armed with a remade loom and a new amplifier (all the other ignition parts are new)

They're not cheap but I'm not put off by those costs to remake a full loom, tinned and insulated.
