iCarsoft FR V2.0 diagnostic tool

Hi

Has anybody either got, or had any experience with, a iCarsoft FR V2.0 diagnostic tool ?

They claim to be specifically designed for Citroen/Peugeot/Renault.

Any thoughts or advice much appreciated

It wouldn't be as good as a Lexia / Diagbox I suspect, which is designed for all PSA cars and has far more features. The iCarsoft doesn't say anything about telecoding / configuration abilities...

What sort of money can you get a Lexia / Diagbox for and where from ?

A decent revision C VCI (hardware) with Diagbox software (for post 2007 vehicles) and Citroen Lexia & Peugeot Planet 2000 software (pre 2007 vehicles) will set you back about a £100 ish and you will need a laptop to run it on. If you don’t have a spare laptop for diagnostics only (recommended), you can probably pick up an ex corporate one on the bay for about £70 ish.
