Anyone have any idea what this mean? My Icarsoft found it today after the motor again had some very short "off-on" hesitation/jerk in slow acceleration.
The LCD screen also started to turn off n on again just before and continued doing it for ~30min drive.

I can't see the fault code from that - which is not helpful. However, you'll see the hard plastic stop on the carpet under the accelerator pedal.
That is known as the hard spot. When you have the speed limiter activated, you may have an emergency where you need to accelerate quickly. In this scenario, you belt your foot down hard on the accelerator against the hard spot. This overrides the speed limiter function and allows the car to accelerate.
So it would seem that there is an error associated with the throttle potentiometer setting - but I cannot tell without the actual fault code.

Thanks Mark. It's a bit odd that no code shows up on the code reader. I got directed to an good explanation on how the switch can be bypassed by replacing it with an 4.7k resistor. Only drawback is that speed limiter should not be used after doing that since it won't dissengage if needed in case of emergency..

I really wouldn't mess with it to be honest - as this is a modification that can affect the car's safety systems - and as a consequence, you could find yourself uninsured as a result in the unfortunate case of an accident or a claim against you by a third party if it was found on investigation that the accelerator had been modified.
Much better to find out what the issue is and repair it. You haven't actually said what the problem is?
