here is our whatsthisthen from the front

NF Own work
The name along the side is Imperial. It was the Super/Super Snipe and built to rival BMC's Rolls-Royce engined Vanden Plas Princess 4-litre R
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humber_Super_Snipe

Intended to match BMC's Rolls-Royce engined Vanden Plas Princess 4-litre R the Imperial shared the basic specification and performance of the Super Snipe with the addition of a vinyl roof, fully reclining front seats, automatic transmission and hydrosteer power steering as standard. However, a manual 3-speed transmission could be ordered. The car also featured electrically adjustable rear shock absorber settings, a separately controlled rear passenger heater and optional West-of-England cloth-trimmed seats as well as many smaller amenities such as individual reading lamps.

Well, the white one. Bit of a sporty job but all I have to offer right now is...Thought Lancia when I first looked at it.

but not really the right grille for a Delta so

Wonder if it is japanese........they do/did have quite a fascination with wing mirrors.

Well doesnt look entirely right but might as well eliminate a Toyota Celicia GT Mark 1, at least that had the twin headlights.
