Hey,
AC is cooling sufficiently only when set to very low temp or to min temp.
I suspect it to be the internal thermostat/s.
Anyone has an idea?

Re: C5 mk2 cabin AC temperature calibration
Ok so you have the Dual Zone Automatic Climate system.
On these models there is a combined Hygrometric / Temperature sensor somwhere behind the front left fascia panel. On a right hand drive vehicle, it would be accessed by removing the glovebox. These sensors can become corroded and full of gunk and therefore give false readings.
If you have access to a Lexia, you should be able to read the % and if it's reading some ridiculous figure then that's likely to be the problem.
The part is 6445VC and looks like this:
When did you last have it re-gassed? They should be topped up every 2-3 years.

Hey, thanks a lot for your help.
Indeed it's dual zone climate.
It's a left side driver side.
I'd hope its behind the gloves box as that would be easier.
BTW, any other photo,( from where it was removed) I can better figure it's location?
Never touched it, surely didn't clean it.
