Anyone put

Post by Gibbo2286 »

a name to this tool?
I know what it does and I've used it many times over the years I've owned it (50 years +) but I want to put it on Ebay and I'm buggered if I can think of a proper title for it.

It looks a bit like this Gibbo. Need to big up the "provenance" and the rarity!

You could put it in your ad though Gibbo! Don't think anyone will come back with "goods not as described" when they find they cant crack a safe with it!

Crack a few safes to verify it will work - you never know, you might not need to sell it afterwards

We used to deal with 'Brown Brothers' big wholesalers in the '50s - or are they still going?

I think they still exist Peter but not in the same game, we used to regularly by from them, tools and workshop equipment.

On Ebay you can buy their catalogues from the old days as collectors items.
