The part you want is 6453TJ. details are:
SANDEN COMPRESSOR SD16V16QA1106 (6V)

Or the exchange one 6453TK, details: SD7V16QA1106

With these SANDEN numbers (beginning SD) you should be able to find one easily enough.

One here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COMPRESSOR-C ... 3581159460

hi forum does anyone know how important the model number is on the data tag on a sanden a/c compressor.
I have found a used one which apparently should fit my synergie however im a bit uneasy in purchasing it as the numbers are different to mine.
they do look identical though.
The numbers on the used one are:
serial number 45756128660
model number 1106f

The serial number is irrelevant - that will be unique to every compressor. I gave you the part number and that's the one you need. The important thing is to make sure the aftermarket suppliers quote the 6453TJ as OEM part number. Check your old compressor and count the number of grooves or ribs! Some suppliers quote ribs and others grooves. So should be 6 ribs or 5 grooves.

Crikey, it's seen better days.... Although it seems ok model -wise, there is no warranty on it - but he does say in the description it is working. He's only giving you 14 days and you have to pay to return it if it's not working.

Not checked the one you asked Marc to have a look at but had a quick check on the part number 6453TJ and there are a few new ones at around the £150 + postage.

Thinking long term if you are swapping out the compressor then even if you do the work yourself you will need the system vacced and regassed, that is £40 ish a.
If it was me i would go for a new unit pay the extra price and do the job once.

Yep i have bought second hand parts before but air con compressor to me that is something i would get new.

Just my opinion
