The one on the right has come from the front of my recently acquired 1995 S2, the other has been sent as correct for the car from the distributor.
The Mechanic is puzzled as the old has a different fitting - does anyone know if it will fit and if it is correct/

Incidentally what is/are the spec/s for a S2 XM in hot climates?

Full answer just posted on Club-XM.
Link to a Citroen document covering specific climate fitments posted there too.
