Effinell, that looks awful.
It took me so much by surprise I almost couldn't say anything.

Good awful looking thing - something you'd find in a packet of Kellogg's Cornflakes.
Don't fancy having a front ender in that thing, unless you want your face looking like an iron.

Re: The Citroen Marmite
The safety cell is probably very strong. I remember several years ago Fifth Gear did some crash tests on Smart cars. The last test was to crash one at 70MPH into concrete barricades at an angle of 45 degrees. The forces involved would have killed any occupants. However, there was no intrusion into the safety cell, so occupants (if they had not been killed by the deceleration forces) would not have received injuries from the vehicle itself.

It looks like they haven't actually finished designing it yet

Re: The Citroen Marmite
So the Ami-One isn't to everyone's taste. Anyone prefer the old fashioned Ami 6 Shooting Break! Probably equally as odd-looking and marmite-ey in its day

Re: The Citroen Marmite
At least the original Ami look like a car with individuality and was functional.
The Marmite Ami looks like a Smart car having a very bad day.

Yes, give me the Ami any day. At least it is unique and has style and a decent design.
Whatever happened to individuality and daring to be different?

Re: The Citroen Marmite
It's a splendid vehicle! I'm looking forward to being stuck behind one driven by an 87 year old woman on a bloody narrow country lane. It will be dusk and raining and she won't have lights on to save the battery.
Oh buggle
