Not a problem really Neil, they have commoners rights granted many years ago by a grateful king, incomers from the 'smoke' keep trying to get them banned when they crap on the footpaths and get in the gardens, without success.
The old Forester who's garden they're in in the photo isn't bothered.

Ps: wild boar are a real problem, they were reintroduced by some nut case (dumped) and have taken over the place in their hundreds/thousands. They've dug up everything from roadside verges to cricket and football pitches and even the graveyards.

Found them. The window to our left has the blind half way down, while the one to the right is about quarter way down. Tallest building other side of the decorative round about.
