Wish it was James but sadly not. The colour doesnt even have "blue" added to it. It is literally the exact name of a bond film on the list.

OK, 2600 then. 2000 was my first guess, but I edited that PDQ.

I was given a copy of James Taylor's Rover SD1: The Full Story as a present in April — a terrific read, and really well illustrated. The shape of those scuttle air intakes is a bit of a giveaway, as is the cheapo duct across the rocker cover!

Possibly even rarer than the SD1 - a Talbot Solara from 1985. Don't see many of those on the road these days

I sold one of those SD1 Rover 2600s to a regular customer, he loved it but I had to take it back because his wife got travel sick on every outing, they bought a Renault Trafic camper van instead (A DIY conversion).

What do Roger Moore, John Steed and the other bloke have in Common?

10 points for an off the top of your head answer, and a further 10 if you can name the other bloke and you are under 50! (1 point for the over 50's)

gettable? apparently not as easy as I thought!

Come on late night followers of the OTCL, consult todays POTD, and do a bit of lateral thinking.
Oh and here's a complimentary one to get you on the right track. Get one and you get both.

Rcognised that snout right away - although assumed it was a Cambridge. Now the Aussies had, effectively, a Cambridge/Westminster hybrid - the Freeway (although I always thought THAT was the Victoria) so surprised they had the big saloons. Now by '57 Austin/Morris (Australia) were one, so - must be a Marshall!
What that booted 1100 is (apart from the replacement for the Morris Major) I've no idea - & I saw one at the NEC only a month ago.

Thanks Van, one down at least....

Top one is a Morris Marshal

I'll give the other away.....have a look down this bit of history of the 1100 and its variants in Australia and our second Morris variant will be revealed
